Design entrepreneurship is the next evolutionary stage in the practice of design. Steven Heller and LitaTalarico, co-chairs and co-founders of the MFA Design program at the School of Visual Arts in New York, will show how their students have moved from service designers to content providers. Through products, campaigns and performances, these designers are putting new and innovative ideas and materials into the marketplace. This profusely visual talk will feature many of the most successful of these and the inspirations for them.
